I’m the Founder & CEO of Konzortia Capital, I’ve been leading and building the company since 2022. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Fidélitas.  

As a self-taught and successful entrepreneur, I bring a wealth of experience and passion in creating, developing, and growing a company with a successful exit. 

My Journey 

Prior to founding Konzortia Capital, my journey in the financial sector began in 2003, focusing on Private Equity and targeting real estate investments until 2007. During this time, I gained deep insights into the industry’s challenges. 

In 2007, I launched my first company, navigating the global economic crisis as a first-time entrepreneur, with the support of my nephew and co-founder, Donnie Gomez, who assisted me while attending college. This collaboration solidified my belief in the importance of building a team composed of talented and trustworthy individuals you can rely on. 

Though the economic environment posed significant challenges, our partnership and dedication led to a relatively successful exit. Most importantly, we learned invaluable lessons about raising capital—lessons that can only be fully appreciated through firsthand experience. 

Between 2010 and 2011, I capitalized on the economic downturn by acquiring well-priced real estate and investing in stock markets. 

In 2011, I launched my second company, focusing on real estate development, which resulted in a successful exit in 2014. During this venture, Donnie was once again a key contributor. 

From 2014 to 2018, I explored the emerging world of blockchain technology, gaining firsthand experience with its potential and challenges. This journey broadened my understanding of innovative financial technologies. 

In 2019, while providing consultancy services, I began conceptualizing Konzortia Capital. With my dual expertise as an entrepreneur and investor, I envisioned a revolutionary approach to the financial sector. This led to the creation of Konzortia Hub, our flagship product. 

Konzortia Hub serves as a Fintech Consortium, providing a one-stop shop for issuers and allocators across venture capital, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions. By leveraging my past experiences and challenges, I aim to streamline deal sourcing, address the complexities of capital raising, and make entrepreneurial dreams a reality. 

This vision is powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms to provide dual-end matching for investors and entrepreneurs, learning their needs and preferences from their profiles. This technology increases the likelihood of successful deals and significantly reduces the time spent on sourcing opportunities. 

My experience with blockchain was also incorporated by using Distributed Ledger Technologies to ensure transparent and secure transactions. This eliminates the need for central authorities, reduces fraud risks, and enhances efficiency in data management and transaction processing.
